Hello!
My name is Jasmine and I have 10 years of multi-disciplinary experience in meticulously managing program development, compliance, operations, and communications while enhancing experiences and processes. I excel in creating plans and I enjoy translating data into storytelling visuals.
My early career focused on nonprofit management. The constraints of a grants-based-budget strengthened my resourcefulness and business skills. Recently I worked for a large healthcare organization where I dedicated myself to reshape policy, procedures, and programs on a large scale and partnered with department leaders across the organization to improve workflow.
I value collaboration, transparency, equity and social impact in my employers and community. I am currently seeking a management position in program management (non-technical), outreach, or operations. I look forward to career growth in the next role.
